The person behind the advice
I'm Matt Wright. Across 15 years in technology sales and consulting, I've helped people work through choices where the right answer is not immediately obvious. I start by understanding the situation, test assumptions, and offer a measured perspective on what to keep, change, or explore next.
My aim is to give you enough clarity to make the decision with confidence—and a path that fits your team.
